What is difference between in mold helmet and out mold helmet?
Generally, there are three main difference. First of all, their outer shell material is different. For out-mold helmet, shell material could be ABS or PVC. For in-mold helmet, it is PC material. Secondly, production technology is different. For out mold helmet, EPS foam and outer shell is glued together, while for in-mold helmet, outer shell is added to the mold, it is bolted together and then injected with steam under pressure. Thirdly, there is big difference in price since out mold helmet has shorter lifetime and protection is not as strong as in-mold helmet.
